Create a folder with any name. In this example, it is named "Script Recorder". Move the files you just downloaded into this folder.
Double-click NBRecorder to open it.
Select the browser engine and choose Chrome. If you are prompted that the plug-in is missing, click Yes to download the corresponding plug-in and wait for the installation to complete.
Click the red button to start recording. A browser window opens to a default page. Then close the browser pop-up window.
Check the folder. The following files should now be present.
Double-click WebWatch. It will open the update check page shown below. The tool checks for updates every time it starts.
Check the folder again. The corresponding files will be downloaded automatically.
After that, open the tool normally and start using it.
