Click Alert in the upper menu bar, then select Alert Settings in the left navigation bar, and click the Error Alert tab at the top of the page to enter the Error Alert rules page.

Click the New Alert button in the upper right corner to enter the Error Alert settings page.

Configure basic information, Alert conditions, Alert rules and Alert notifications. 4.
Click the OK button to complete the Alert rule settings.
Select Error type: Select the Error type that requires Alert, you can select one or more.
Error threshold: You need to set the normal Alert threshold and Critical Alert threshold.Error count: Error count when Error occurs. Alert is triggered only when the Error count is greater than or equal to this setting value.
Error percentage: The data where Error occurs accounts for the percentage of all data. Alert is triggered only when it is greater than or equal to the setting value of this item.
Release floating percentage: Alert supports floating lifting percentage, which can effectively reduce task performance from repeatedly fluctuating near the Alert threshold and causing frequent Alert; for example: 90%Availability threshold, rising percentage is 10%: triggering Alert is 90%, and releasing Alert threshold is: 90%+(90%*10%)=99%.
Sampling interval: The time range when calculating the sampling data. Pay attention to the difference from the system processing Alert cycle. The system processes Alert once every 5 minutes. The time range of data to be calculated for each Alert depends on the setting of this item. The settings affect the accuracy and sensitivity of Alert.Fixed interval: For example, the system performs an Alert calculation at 9 o'clock. If this item is set to 1 hour, the monitoring data between 8:00-9:00 will be used when calculating this Alert.
Dynamic interval: The dynamic interval mainly adjusts the setting ratio dynamically according to the frequency of the task. The current adjustment range is 1-10 times.
Maximum number of Alert times: When alerts occur continuously, the maximum number of times that Alert notifications need to be sent. The system will calculate the cumulative number of sending times for each consecutive Alert occurrence. When it is equal to the value set here, Alert will no longer be sent. When the alert occurs again after normal operation, it will restart counting the number of sending times and send Alert.
Alert sampling grouping: supports grouping by operator Operator filtering: Set the operators that need to be filtered for Alert sampling. Only the monitoring data of Probe from the selected operator will participate in the Alert calculation.
City filtering: Set the cities to be filtered for Alert sampling. Only monitoring data from Probe from the selected city will participate in the Alert calculation.
Alert Language: Select the language used for the Alert message when sending Alert. Supports Chinese and English.
