For C/S VPN client login status monitoring, the monitoring scenarios are as follows:

VPN Login Success Rate Monitoring: Monitor at the protocol level. When configuring tasks, select "VPN Private Protocol", configure the VPN login server address. Monitoring metrics include VPN client startup time, connection time to VPN server, VPN login time, availability, page download time, DNS time, etc.

Business System Availability Monitoring After VPN Login: Need to deploy customer VPN accounts in advance on TingYun SaaS Probes, maintain long-term login, and then monitor business system availability through transaction flow script recording.

Network Test from Various Regions Nationwide to VPN Server: No need to deploy VPN clients. Use TingYun's SaaS Probes across the country to actively monitor network latency and packet loss to VPN server addresses.

Support Scope: Currently only supports Sangfor EasyConnect and OpenVPN clients, regardless of protocol. If VPN uses other clients, R&D adaptation is required.
