Problem description

The customer provided an .mp4 streaming media URL: HTTP://XXX.kXXXct.com/test-materials/2k/2k_CXXXXvc_aac_20Mbps_30fps.mp4. When running Instant Testing with VLC specified, an "Failed to open streaming media" error is reported. The official VLC player version 3.0.16 can play it normally.
