Problem description

Customer feedback monitoring data found that there is a phenomenon of cross-province and cross-operator. From Changsha Mobile access to Suqian Telecom Host, customer feedback is Host in Hunan Province.

Problem analysis

(1) First check to see if there are any commonalities. There is no large area found in Synthetic Monitoring, only a few, indicating that it is accidental.

(2) Instant Testing, the recurrence is, Probe has been offline

(3) Use Probe to do the forward test and check the DNS used by Probe when accessing. Since Probe has been offline, this article cannot be verified.
(4) Check the packet capture and find that the client uses the DNS of Hunan Mobile, but the Host of Suqian Telecom is parsed.

Problem summary

2. Check from the packet capture that it is a DNS resolution problem.
3. Historical data, if you find this point and execute it once, this phenomenon will occur.
