Long SSL Handshake Time

Problem description

Customer page task, monitoring data, found that the SSL Handshake Time indicator has a 15s phenomenon, check whether it is the Probe problem.

Problem analysis

Instant Testing recurs, and the customer task still takes a long handshake time;

Instant Testing reappears. Use this Probe to visit Baidu, JD.com, Taobao, etc., and the data is normal;

View through packet capture data
(1) Only client hello is seen. Didn't see server hello
(2) https is an encrypted transmission and cannot be seen in the packet capture;

Problem summary

1.Probe is no problem
2. Viewed from the client’s perspective, server hello was not received, and the reason is not clear to the client.
3. You need to check the corresponding response Log from the server.
