Problem description

In a single file task, it was found that Beijing Mobile's Probe has cross-region access. The customer has Host in Shandong. It should be Beijing Mobile's Probe accessing Host in Shandong. In fact, access to some Probe accessed Shenzhen Mobile. Assist in troubleshooting the cause.

Problem analysis

The Probe range has been narrowed to Beijing Mobile, so we need to check whether there is a problem with Probe in this area.
(1) Check whether Probe DNS matches the day after tomorrow and find that it does.
(2) Check which region Probe DNS is from,
(3) It is necessary to check the real DNS of Probe when actually doing the task

Probe Analysis

(1) First, Instant Testing reproduced the problem and found that it can be reproduced.

To determine the real DNS of Probe, you need to use the forward test. You can check where the real DNS of Probe belongs.

Using the error report Probe for testing, we found that there is a cross-region phenomenon. The DNS of Probe are all Guangzhou DNS. From this, we can infer that the Probe problem is caused.
(2) Feedback Probe Group
This phenomenon was reported to Probe Group, who contacted the member to confirm the physical location of Probe, and found that the machine was not in Beijing, but in the Guangzhou area. So Probe DNS is used in Guangzhou.

Solution

Feedback the Probe that is confirmed to have problems to Probe Group, first disable Probe, and then enable it after members adjust Probe.
