Full page task, during monitoring, it was found that Application certificate Error, please help analyze the reason

Problem analysis

(1) Check the commonality of the error reports. The customer setting is checked the nationwide region Probe and found that the error reports were all from Beijing Unicom Probe.

(2) Communicate with the customer. The expiration date of the customer certificate is 2023.11.15, indicating that the certificate is valid.

(3) Check the packet capture data and find that the timestamp of the certificate is not the current time.

(4) Instant Testing, visit Baidu to view the packet capture and ProbeLog, and find that the dates are not the current date.

(5) Check the Probe that reported the error, communicate with Probe Group, and find that they are all members of Probe.

Solution

First disable the problematic Probe, Probe Group contact the member to adjust Probe, update it to the current time, and then release Probe.
