Server Connection Reset

Problem description

An error occurs suddenly during the client task, Error is "the connection to the server was reset", as shown in the figure below

Problem analysis

There is no directionality in viewing the Error Probe distribution. You need to view the packet capture data.

From the Error packet, we can see that after the server sent a TCP packet to the client, it did not send a 200 ok response packet. Because it did not receive the 200 ok packet, the client kept waiting. After the timeout, it continued to send the link Request, but there was no response, so Error was reset. As shown below:

Solution

Send the screenshot and packet capture to the customer, find the corresponding Host and check the log to see why the 200ok package was not sent.
