No Data for Tasks on Private Platform

Problem description

The platform is privatized V390, Probe is a Windows system, and an MTR type task is created. After a period of time, there is no data;

Problem analysis

(1) First check the task status, settings, whether it is normal and whether there is anyspecial settings;

(2) Check the Probe status, normal

(3) Instant Testing specifies Probe ID to do the task, and the data is normal

(4) Check the schedule, check the delivery and collection, Synthetic Monitoring task, delivery and collection, no data

(5) Open debug log on the server and check the schedule Log and Log information: a browser that supports IPv6 is required, but the specified Probe does not support IPv6

(6) Modify task settings to force the use of IPv4, but the report still has no data.

Cause of the problem

When the scheduler delivers the task, it verifies task settings and delivers it to the corresponding supported Probe. However, Probe in Probe Group does not support the corresponding settings, causing the task to be unable to be delivered. So there is no data

Solution

It is necessary to develop a single point package in the background, and schedule and optimize the task delivery limit.
