Low Monitoring Data Volume Does Not Match Probe Group Frequency

Problem description

Customer page task settings, frequency is 10 minutes, number of Probe Group is 3. But looking at the data for the last six hours and twelve hours, there are only about 12 Probe per hour, which is one-third less than the actual number.

Cause of the problem

As a result of canceling decentralized monitoring, when task execution planning and decentralized monitoring are not enabled, the issued offset is increased by half of the frequency. For example, your frequency of 10 minutes becomes 15 minutes. As for why it still looks scattered on Scatter Plot, it is because the number of Probe is too small and cannot be seen.

Solution

With such a design, there is no solution for the current settings. If you want to ensure that the amount of data is sufficient, you should choose decentralized monitoring.
