During the monitoring period of the customer task, 503Error occurred in a certain time period. However, when checking the Tingyun report, it was found that there was no data for the task in the corresponding time period. How to troubleshoot the reason?
To check data problems, you need to check from the task status, task settings, and combination and background. (1) task status: The task is found to be in a normal state. (2) View task settings, filter from Probe Group, Probe, intelligent noise reduction and other dimensions ①Probe Group: The selected one is not random Probe, but the specified Probe ID ②Probe filtering: DNS verification was canceled in the task, and this option was excluded for this problem (generally, there is no data due to the fact that Probe is not satisfied after the default check is checked) ③Intelligent noise reduction: all turned on (3) Check the data status of the corresponding time period in the background and find that the SLA is insufficient and the storage fails.
(1) If Probe ID must be specified, it is recommended to specify an additional part and select 5 for SLA. (2) Cancel specifying Probe IDProbe Group and select random distribution.
