Verify Probe DNS When Report Has No Data

Problem description

After task settings are completed, there is no data in the report after observing for a period of time.

Problem analysis

View task settings
(1) Probesettings, customer settings are Private Probe, Probe status is online, Probe exception, exception reason: DNS mismatch

(2) task settings and Probes are being filtered. Check and monitor the Probe DNS setting to "Yes"

Cause of the problem

(1) The setting is checked "Yes" in the task;
(2) The issued Probe itself does not meet the requirements, and the location of Probe does not match the DNS.
Therefore, when the task is issued, Probe is not satisfied, so the report has no data.

Solution

(1) For the task: Uncheckthe settings. Don't check Probe DNS settings
(2) For Probe: Change Probe DNS to obtain automatically, or settings are consistent with the DNS of the local city operator.
